These terms explain what BOI Connect does, what you can expect from us, and the limits of our service. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them.
What BOI Connect is
BOI Connect is a matching service. We connect foreign business owners with a vetted firm that handles BOI (Thailand Board of Investment) company setup and compliance. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or an immigration agency, and we do not carry out the legal, tax, or filing work ourselves.
Information, not professional advice
The guides and information on this site are for general understanding only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and you should not act on them without checking your own situation with a qualified professional. We work to keep our BOI information accurate and up to date, but rules change and we cannot guarantee everything is current at the moment you read it.
The matching service and partner firms
When you ask to be connected, we introduce you to a partner firm and pass on the details you gave us. Any work that firm does for you is a separate agreement between you and them. We are not a party to that agreement.
We choose partners carefully, but we do not control their work, and we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including that a BOI application will be approved. Decisions on BOI promotion rest with the Board of Investment. Your engagement, fees, and results are between you and the partner firm.
What we ask of you
Please give us accurate information about your business so we can point you to the right firm. Use the site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or misuse the forms.
Fees
Our matching service is free to you. We may receive a referral fee from the partner firm if you go on to work with them. This never adds to what you pay the firm, and it does not change our commitment to giving you an honest assessment, including telling you when BOI is not the right fit.
